It reads your sheet, not a template
Most systems hand you a template and ask you to rearrange your register into it. That is where school imports go wrong, because the rearranging gets done by hand at midnight and the mistakes are invisible until a parent complains.
Ilham 360 reads the columns you already have and matches them for you, asking only where it is genuinely unsure. Columns it does not recognise are kept against the student as notes rather than discarded, so nothing your register has carried for years disappears on the way in.
The parts registers get messy
Every Pakistani register has the same rough edges, and the importer was built against a real one — 1,141 rows from a working school — until each of them was handled properly.

Every row shown before anything saves
The import gives you a full preview: which rows are ready, which need attention, and precisely which cell needs it. Nothing reaches your school until you accept it, and a row that cannot be read tells you why instead of failing quietly.
What to have in the sheet
A row per student and a header row. No column has to be in any particular order or carry any particular name.
The more of these your register holds, the less anyone types afterwards: student name, father’s name, class, section, roll or admission number, date of birth, gender, father’s mobile, father’s CNIC, address, monthly fee and date of admission.

Which plan includes it

Common questions
Do I have to rearrange my sheet into a template first?
No. Ilham 360 reads the columns your register already has and matches them to fields for you, asking only where it is genuinely unsure. Columns it does not recognise are kept against the student as notes, so the caste, previous school and emergency number your register has carried for years come across too.
Will Urdu names import correctly?
Yes. Urdu comes through as Urdu. Gender written as M, Male, Larka, لڑکا or any of a dozen other spellings is understood, and anything genuinely unrecognised is left blank rather than guessed — a wrong gender follows a child through every document the school prints.
How are siblings handled?
Siblings are grouped into one family automatically, matched on father’s CNIC, or on phone number plus father’s name where the CNIC is missing. That means one family number, one set of dues and one receipt when a parent pays for several children.
Are dates read correctly?
Yes. 03/07 is read as 3 July rather than 7 March, and a real Excel date cell is read as a date. A missing date of birth does not block a row, because plenty of Pakistani registers simply do not carry one.
Can I see what will happen before anything is saved?
Yes. The import shows a full preview: which rows are ready, which need attention, and exactly which cell needs it. Nothing is written to your school until you accept it.
